Olhao 16/7 2016. 33 cl can from Jumbo Supermarket. One of the ugliest can I've ever seen that tries to demonstrate that this is NOT any kind of quality "Top Beer". The fact that they have included Chinese on the can makes it look even more cheap.
Pours clear yellow with a white head. Stable Settles as thin layer of foam. No lacing to speak of.
Aroma is like sticking your nose in a cereal box. Sweet malts, grains and corn. A sour whiff to complete the picture.
Medium strong carbonation and watery palate. Thin and lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is pretty bland. Dominated by sweetness - but not overly so. Some sourness substitutes for decent bitterness. Better than nothing.
Not as bad as I expected when I saw the can. But "Special Quality" and "Premium" is taking it a bit too far.
