Our rendition of a pacific northwest classic. Brewed with six different kinds of malt for a deep complex malt profile and balanced with three additions of Cascade and Mt. Hood hops. This ale has and enjoyable fruity citrus finish.

A good Amber/Red Ale but not great. A little to hoppy for me. I like red/amber beers that stick to a good malt taste without being overly hoppy.

This beer was the third one I tried of my four samplers. It was a deep brown color, with reddish tones, clear. It had a strong hoppy smell and bite in the flavor. It was served with a tan head that lingered for a while, leaving nice lacing on the glass. It had a smooth feel, even with the hoppy bite, making it a very balanced brew.
