This stout is inspired by the sweeter English style and is hopped with fuggles and is fermented with an authentic English yeast strain.

I loved this beer except for the smell.it has a somewhat chocolatey smell, but it is not distinct. Otherwise a great beer.
I had it at the Rail Yard location in Santa Fe. Poured into a shaker pint. Rich dark brown color with excellent head and lacing. The taste did not suffer much from the lack of smell. The taste is of semisweet chocolate, with a sweet taste up front with an interesting dry finish. Nice smooth feel. Overall good stout.

On-tap at Second Street Brewery at the Railyard, Santa Fe, NM
A: The beer is jet black in color. It poured with a short light tan head.
S: Light to moderate aromas of dark and roasted malts are present in the nose.
T: The taste has moderate flavors of roasted malts.
M: It feels medium-bodied and slightly dry on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This stout has lots of roasted aromas and flavors but isn't really that creamy at all.
Serving type: on-tap

I tried this at the Rail Yard location in Santa Fe. It poured an opaque dark with tan head that did not leave any lace. The scent had hints of chocolate. The taste was nicely balanced an easy to drink. There was some chocolate and hint of roast. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it was a decent stout.
