This beer features malt from Germany, hops from the U.S., England, and Germany (Columbus, East Kent Goldings, Hallertau), and with European lager yeast, in the warm “Steam Beer” style. Light and refreshing, with a nice, malt sweetness and flowery hop aroma.

I tried this at the Rail Yard location in Santa Fe. It poured a clear yellow with white head that left a very nice lace. The scent had hints of biscuit. The taste was nicely balanced an easy to drink. There was some bread base with slight bitter hop presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it was a very good steam pale ale.
