Crisp, clean maltiness bittered with German Magnum and kettle additions of Hallertau, Tettnanger, Cz Saaz, and Huell Melon, the new experimental progeny of Cascade, developed in Germany. Dry-hopped with Huell Melon, Tettnanger, and Saaz for a floral, refreshing finish.

Had this very tasty pilsner at our hotel bar as a night cap.

Poured from tap into a shaker pint glass. Clear yellow color with a nice white head and great curtain lacing. Smell and taste of fresh cut grass and fruit. Definite taste of crisp pears and apples. Very refreshing beer.

Earlier this evening a nice selection of beers at Beer Creek Brewing, just a bit south of Santa Fe. This include a “brown” IPA, an imperial porter and an imperial red ale, oh, and great pizza!

Had on tap. Visibly carbonated clear golden body with a white head and trace amounts of lacing. Grassy hops with white bread and faint grains in the nose. Taste is pretty much a clone, malts are bland and thin. Body is watery despite high carbonation creating a manufactured crisp finish. Cold water indeed

Chill haze pale yellow with a dense white blanket dying to a thin film leaving spots of lace on the glass.

The softly fluffy medium body exhibits light but pleasantly bitter flavors of a sort of floral white grape finishing tingly and semi-dry, exhaling toasted corns.

Can from Total Wine in ABQ on way out of town, enjoyed a few days later at home. Classic rendition.
