This is an American style pale ale with a new northwest hops called summit hops and an English yeast strain. A great hoppy alternative to the IPA. This beers hops are noticeably fruity and complex with hints of spice and citrus.

(Served in a 10 oz strange)

A- This beer pours a dark orange body with a slight hazy to it and a thick sticky dish soap foam that last for most of the beer. There is a good carbonation of tiny bubbles that glide to the surface.

S- This beer has a light green hop aroma that grows as the beer warms a bit and takes on a slight earthy note.

T- The soft taste of slightly sweet pale malt is soon followed by a earthy hop finish. The soft bitter bite of green hops linger just a moment after each sip.

M- This beer has a medium mouthfeel with a slightly dull texture as it warms.

D- This beer has a nice hop flavor with not much depth or support but it is nice to taste just they summit hops by themselves. It is an easy sipper and I could have a few for a session.
