Aged on bananas, vanilla ice cream, cherries, strawberry, chocolate, and more bananas!
We double mashed this bad boy and boiled it for an embarrassing amount of time. To the little kid who came in and said “I don’t like brewing” from the smell of the boil that day- we’re sorry but it was worth it! Thick, sweet, decadent and a super complex layering of fruit and malt flavors. Pour it over ice cream, sip it by a fire and drink with friends.

Jefferson Beer Supply Banana Split Imperial Pastry Stout, 10.5% ABV. Pours thick and 'gloppy' with a muddy brown head of chocolate that left puree residue. Aroma is chocolate, banana, vanilla, and lactose. Taste is primarily strong chocolate, plus banana, quite sweet, slightly bitter, strawberry in the aftertaste. Thick and creamy mouthfeel, leaving sticky lips. Overall excellent.
