Approximately 40% of grain bill is substituted with rice and corn, and we have in addition used Clarity Ferm witch helps to prevent chill haze and reduce gluten, tested to be 5ppm at Eurofins lab. Registered and approved at Norsk Cøliaki Forbund.

330 ml can, from Vaaland, Bryne. ABV is 4.7%. Pale golden colour, moderate to small white head. Aroma of maize, newmown grass and a hint of citrus. Bland flavour, a little citrus, low bitterness. Forgettable.
