Brown color with a very thick head with great retention.
Creamy aroma with predominant notes of hazelnut.
Flavor with notes of chocolate, tons of hazelnut, faint powder milk, toffee and a bit of cola. Dry aftertaste with a mild bitterness.
Light body with very subtle carbonation, almost flat.
Nice Brown Ale with lots of hazelnut notes as the name promised. High drinkability, but I would rather have a little bit more body. This with nitro would have been interesting.
