Amber color with a thin head.
Aroma with predominant herbal notes and honey.
Flavor with notes of malt sweetness, lemon drops and herbal hops.
Dry aftertaste with a mild bitterness. No way this has 55 IBUs.
Light body with mild carbonation.
For some reason this IPA had some Belgium accent, not sure if the hops or yeast. Felt like a Belgium Pale Ale with herbaceous notes. Likely using Patagonian hops.
