You'll love the health 70 IBU of bitterness from hops like Falconers Flight, Centennial and Cascade, and the subtle complimentary notes of lemon and pine. Clear copper/amber pour with a finger of tight bubbly white head.
Aroma has a touch of caramel malt but hops dominate with pine, resin, burnt orange - floral and mildly earthy notes.
Malty sweetness - bready, caramel - on palate gives way to floral and piney resinous hops, hints of citrus with a restrained but not insignificant bitterness.
Medium mouthfeel with decent carbonation with a very nice bittersweet finish that invites another sip.
