473ml can poured into kitchen pint.
Pours a light gold with three lively fingers of rocky white head that leaves some clouds of lace as it recedes.
Smells of fresh crusty bread, apple skin, citrus zest and fresh garden clippings.
Tastes of bready pale malt, mild pomme sweetness, zesty lemon and orange and some herbal, grassy noble hops.
Feels light and fluffy. Light bodied with gently frothy carbonation. Finishes dry.
Verdict: Recommended. Has a bit more of a light and delicate feel than I usually notice in a pilsner, and it's pretty nice. Thirst-quenching.

Our Cryogenic Czech-Style Pilsner is brewed in traditional style and pays tribute to this classic lager beer style with bottom-fermenting yeast, lower fermenting temperature, and a more subtle flavor profile. Its golden color, subtle malty sweetness and distinctive Saaz hop aroma make it a pleasure to drink all year round, no matter where you're from.
