Introducing the Northwestern Fritillary- a striking orange and black-spotted butterfly native to the Cascade mountains. Our drinkable translation, a double IPA, includes a kaleidoscope of Comet, Amarillo, Simcoe and Cascade hops, and a good dose of caramel malt lending to the luminous garnet color and underlying sweetness. A mellow, citrusy bitterness builds sip after sip as thoughts of West Coast sunshine flutter through our minds.
