A = Honey color in the glass, not much head. The head quickly dissipates leaveing little to no lacing in the glass, no discernable bubbles really.

S = sour cream....JUST like bad sour cream. Incredibly exactly like sour cream so much so I can't believe it.

T = sickly-sweet, thinly veiled raw alcohol taste, they went heavy on the malt, short on the aromatics here. Lingering sweet aftertaste makes me want a chaser of some sort to get the taste out of my mouth. I did retch after finishing the beer (but held it down).

M = thin, watery, little to no carbonation, yet still manages to feel like the tongue is lightly coated in residual sticky resins of some sort.

D = Use the "Silver Bullet" formula...serve so cold you can't taste it and you'll eventually get a buzz going.

Overall: I'm staying away from this one. Halfway through the beer it looked no different than Tea. The alcohol content at 5.5% ABV is somewhat of a redeeming value if your goal is to get tanked on this stuff without having to drink a lot of it. I don't see the beer as a total travesty to brewing, more of a "swing and a miss". It reminds me of a home brew kit first time experiment that didn't quite turn out as expected. I am embarrassed to call this an American Lager, but then again, I'm sure it could cater to very VERY specific tastes, just not mine. I will try this beer again for a review because this was so bad it is possible it could have been a bad batch.

Serve with:
Food: Fried chicken, just to have something good and maybe a little spicy to get the taste of the beer off your palate.

Tobacco: Perhaps lucky strike non-filtered cigarettes...yeah those are bad for you, but I still enjoy one now and then. They have better taste than this beer, and with the nuttiness of that particular brand of smoke, it may balance out the putrid sweetness of this brew.

Sports: ESPN classic bowling.... because you should match the "last beer in the bottom of the fridge" with the "Last sport watched on TV"

A: A yellow color akin to that of dry grass, very translucent, thin layer of thick head that has stuck around for 10 minutes - 3.50, S: Very grainy and dry, of all things I catch smells that remind me of bamboo, slightly herbal - 3.50, T: A quite dry beer, little malt sweetness, somewhat harsh bitterness on the tail, faint metallic flavors - 3.00, M: Thin - 3.00, D: Light lagers are generally not my style, and though this one is definitely one of the better ones of the bunch it still really lacks any complexity or flavors that would pull me back - 3.00

Pours a slightly hazy, pale yellow. 1/2 inch head of a white color. Great retention and decent lacing. Smells of sweet/pale malt, slight hops, some yeast cleanliness, very slight metallic aroma, and there might be some adjunct. Fits the style of an American Light Lager. Mouth feel is smooth and crisp with a high carbonation level. Tastes of slight banana up front, then some yeast cleanliness, slight hops, some sweet malt finish. Overall, this is a very smooth, easy drinking, beer with very minimal aftertaste. The body is slightly watery, but no complaints because this is one of the better light lagers I've had.
