A: Pours a hazy light brown with almost no head.
S: Light malt and hops.
T: Just a hint of malt upfront followed by aggressive hop bitterness in the middle and finish.
M: Thin body with below average carbonation.
O: One and done. Many other beers they have rate better.

Had on tap during one of our Michigan brew tours
A:Poured a ruby red with a thin head that dies quick with no lacing
S: Mild hop/rye smell to it with some malt sweetness
T:Slight malt sweetness with a little bite on it nothing much happening
M:Very thin with no carbonation
D:All in all pretty disappointing, that this being Larry Bell's original brewery their beer would have a little more balls to it..but no oh well

Had in a growler from the brewery.
A- Poured a deep amber color. No head was on the beer after a pour..although a hard pour was not given. Lacing was in spots on the glass but nothing actually stuck to the glass.
S- Very muted with the aroma. Some caramel malts in the front end of this along with some light oxidation and a soapy note. Nothing really else in there. Maybe a hint of bittering hops but hard to tell.
T- Sweet malts on the front of this bring out a caramel bready taste. There is a light bitter hop bite to this that mingles with a light metallic oxidation. Hints of a soapy flavor recides in the middle of this beer. A medium bitterness comes out in the end and ends this beer on a bitter bite.
M- Medium heavy mouthfeel. Carbonation was pretty much dead. Sweet malts left on the palate with a metallic bitter aftertaste. Flavors were bland except for a lot of the off flavors...oxidation and soapy flavors. Texture at times seemed rather soapy. Light drying on the palate.
D- This beer was a one and done even the first time I had it. I have had a ton of other ambers but this one struck me more of a bitter than anything else.
