Juicy West Coast IPA fermented with Omega Yeast's "Star Party" thiolized yeast strain. Star Party, coupled with copious hopping of New Zealand Cascade and Riwaka, provides a notable guava and passionfruit aromatic burst from the first pour. Hints of zesty lime and honeydew melon subside to a dank Northwest Pine signature bitterness dominating the finish.
