Clear golden amber brew with plenty of foam in the Chimay chalice. Light fruity aroma with green herbs and peach in the nose. Some malt taste to start. Quite hoppy with a moderate bitter aftertaste. Tastes of green apricot with a mineral finish. Overall this is a rather austere but easy to drink hoppy brew. From the 16 oz can purchased at the Community Co-op. Dated 03/10/24.
