Brewed in collaboration with Funky Fauna Artisan Ales
Backed by a thiol concoction of Southern Cross in the whirlpool, and layered with Nelson and Wai-iti hops to complemint; we really wanted to showcase the experimental HBC 586 hop. Shoving loads into the Dry Hop, this WCIPA is popping with mango, guava and lychee. Slightly floral, and heaps of tropical goodness!
