On my first—but definitely not last—visit to Ogma I was greeted by some Fugazi playing in the background. Spacious, airy brewpub, with lots of interesting beer options and a wide variety of eats too.

We stopped in here on a Sunday. They don't serve food on Sunday, which was fine for us as we were only there for the beer. My wife and I are both IPA fans and the bartender let us sample all of the IPAs before we decided. We both loved the doom claw and the dipa The Big Rip. Both awesome.
The service was excellent and the vibe of the place was very nice, nicer than most brew pubs. I highly recommend this place. Everything was very well thought out. We'll be back!

Small location with a small bar. One wall of low tables. Street parking. Knowledgeable staff. Good selection of beer.

My wife and I stopped here to try their beers. The pub is situated in a storefront setting at the east end of the downtown area. Curb parking is all that I saw, but city lots are likely somewhere close by. There are a few tables on the sidewalk for enjoyment in good weather. There is only a modest number of tables/chairs plus bar seating, so this place probably fills up quickly. We plopped down at the bar since the place wasn't busy. The bartenders gave us a lot of their time and answered questions about the brewery and the beers. The vibe was nice. Only one TV was noted, so this place isn't for sports watchers.
We ordered a sampler flight of 5 beers to try to arrive at an overall evaluation (8 beers were available although there are 12 taps, two of which are side-pull faucets), and one of the bartenders gave us a taste of two others that we had asked about. So we experienced 7 of the 8 and ended up rating them just short of 4.25 overall (we didn't rate the two tasters because of such a small sample). Each was brewed very well to style and above. The dark lager and the kolsch-style beers were the standouts for me.
We had planned to have a meal here, but we arrived much earlier than planned and our lunch had not yet left room for more food. The place did smell wonderful with the food aromas, and the small menu looked very interesting. (The beer and food menus are kept up to date on the website.) Growlers and howlers are available to go, and 16-ounce crowlers can also be purchased as singles or 4-packs.
