Christmas Beer based on a Brown Ale recipe. But added Christmas spices. Vanilla, clover,
liquorice, juniper and cinnamon. There is also used a self picked hops from Voss-Norway (Fletre Humle)

May 2020: 330 ml bottle, vintage 2019, from the brewery store. ABV is 4.7%. Mahogany colour, moderate off-white to beige head. Aroma of liquorice, vanilla, juniper berries and cloves. Light bodied for a Christmas beer. The flavour is not very sweet and moderately malty, again with notes of said spices. Quite nice to drink.
