Moderate head but it retains a decent layer of bubbles throughout the tasting. There's an initial ring of lace with spots thereafter. Straw colored with fine haze.
Malty and a bit sour. Subsequent smells bring forward the floral hop but it remains subtle.
Well balanced in terms of the smoother malt and biting hop. Full bodied for a Pilsner but it also has a higher than typical. Like the smell, there's a touch of sourness on the tongue.
