We stopped here to try their beers and to have lunch. The brewery is located in a storefront setting in the downtown area on the main street. There is curbside parking and it looked like a parking lot at the rear of the building. A bar with seating is just inside the door, and there is plenty of seating in the rest of the pub area. It looked like there was also patio seating at the rear of the pub. The brewing equipment is visible. There were 9 TVs around the room, giving the place a sports bar feel. A large side room has additional seating. The vibe was just okay, and since the lunch rush had just ended our service was good.
There were 5 in-house beers, 7 guest beers, 3 ciders, 3 macros and one shandy available. We chose a flight of their five beers so that we could provide an evaluation for this review. (Turns out the keg just blew on one of them, so the review is of 4 beers.) All of them are brewed well to style, but nothing exciting was noted for any of them. We rated each at 3.75.
The food menu was fairly typical of pub food, and we enjoyed what we ordered. The pub offers spirits and wines for the non-beer drinkers. The experience here was good, but this is not a place to go way out of your way to visit.
