draft pour into snifter. like light cider. no head but a little but of a foam ring around the rim of the snifter. light acidity with the fruit taking center stage. taste is similar and it kind of has a pink lemonade vibe to it. lemony with the base but the fruit addition adds some sourness. light, watery mouthfeel. not bad. certainly refreshing but not my favorite. i just don’t like this style i don’t think.
