Lagered in our brick lined well; this one’s refreshing enough for some work around the farm. Comes through with some light floral notes thanks to Evergreen Farm grown elderflower.

draft pour into evergreen farm branded standard shaker pint glass. cloudy golden yellow with a thin white foam cap. light bready malts with some lemon and floral hops on the nose. taste follows but it’s more lemony and floral than it is bready or matly sweet. full mouthfeel with a little less carbonation to it than i would have figured. very easy drinking and quite refreshing though.
