There's nothing more midwest than fields of corn and drinking a cold, crushable beer on a summer night. Using Slow Hand Craft BBQ's cornbread and Sugar Creek Malt Co's smoked malt, this lager has a unique twist craft flavors while remaining light and crisp.

draft pour into standard shaker pint glass. super clear and light straw dull gold (think MichUlt) with a thin layer of bright white foam. corn ethanol, light smoke and some bready malty sweetness on the nose and taste. super easy drinking save for the light smokiness but it’s still very light. medium-full mouthfeel leaning towards the thinner / lighter side. interesting beer here. feel like it should be a little more refreshing than it is at 4.3% but the malt sweetness and smokiness kind of prevents that. it’s still an easy drinker but the smoked aspect definitely made me pull back and drink this one a little slower.
