Slightly sweet, medium-body Kolsch-styled ale. Subtle fruity aroma with some spiciness from noble hops. A real crowd-pleaser and easy-drinking beer.

Purchased at the source in February 2022 but for various reasons, mostly around an excess of beer in my fridge, not drunk until October.
L: Pours a light, clear, golden colour in the glass. A bright-white head quickly diminishes to a thin, frothy cover over the beer and around the rim. Lacing is left in the glass. There's a lot of carbonation bubbling up through the glass. Very pretty.
S: Mild, yeasty fruitiness. No malts that I could pick up.
T: Refreshing, fruity, lemony, and zesty. The finish is reasonably dry but there's a slight residual sweetness following on from the fruit. There's a mild bitterness that diminished as the beer warmed.
M: Mouthfeel is slightly fuller than expected but it matches the beer well.
O: This is an easy-drinking, refreshing beer - as is hopefully standard for this style, It would be great on a hot day!
Cheers!
