Slightly funky and estery Belgian Tripel. Big on flavour and brewed in a classic Belgian style, we won gold for this beer at the 2019 Indies and believe it's well deserved. If you like Belgians, this beer is a must!

Purchased at Chas Cole Cellarbrations in Geelong in May 2025 and drunk in September that year.
L: Brilliant bright gold in the glass, with a bright white, fluffy head that quickly diminishes to a thin rim. The beer is initially crystal clear, but when the whole can is poured, it becomes more orange and more opaque. Bubbles can be seen in along the edge of the glass after the beer has darkened.
S: Orange, cloves, soap and Band-Aids, but not in a bad way.
T: Candied lemon and orange with spices and clovey, Belgian yeasty phenolic notes. The finish is dry and begging me to take another sip. Very, very nice.
M: The body is smooth and full. Carbonation is low, but the beer bites on the swallow.
O: What a tasty beer! Such an excellent, locally made tripel, and a great poster child for a style rarely brewed in Australia.
Cheers!
