A 750ml corked and capped bottle, 2023 vintage, bottled on 2nd December 2023. Poured into a Tilquin stemmed glass.
Appearance: A hazy dark orange colour with a one finger white head that had good retention, and left nice lacing.
Aroma: Tart, plum, orange zest, grapefruit, with notes of grape.
Taste: Sweet and sour, plum, grapefruit zest, grape candy, with vinous notes.
Mouthfeel: Light to medium bodied with moderate carbonation.
Overall: Easy drinking with enjoyable aroma and flavours.
