SEPTEMBER 2024.
33 cl can (€5 from the bar fridge).
On the nose, aromas of citrus and ripe fruit (orange, yellow grapefruit, peach, papaya).
When poured, it has a beautiful golden color, almost completely transparent (probably "lagerized", i.e. with the use of some low-fermentation malts), a nice soft and tasty head of foam.
In the mouth, a medium/light bodied beer, supported by a slightly dull carbonation, but still noticeable and facilitates the flow of the drink.
In the mouth, initial tastes of summer and tropical fruit (yellow peach again, papaya, melon), with a sugary caramel nuance, which is quickly followed by a more bitter taste of citrus and citrus peel (grapefruit, orange peel) that fades into a final herbaceous note, which makes the drink end with a dry bitterness, which does not remain on the tongue leaving room on the palate for an aftertaste of ripe fruit (as per modern tradition).
A non-explosive beer, which has the merit of being easy to drink but which does not have a real distinctive element.

On draft at Darsena Craft Beer. Poured out a clear, golden orange color with a small, white head of fluffy foam. It left sudsy trails of lace on the glass. it smelled of orange, grapefruit, pine and toasted caramel. Sweet fruity taste with toasted caramel and a piney bitterness.
