MARCH 2025.
33 cl can (6€ at the beershop).
As soon as it is poured, tropical fruits (mango, pineapple, passion fruit) and white pulp fruits (white peach, white melon) and ripe citrus fruits emerge on the nose.
Almost pastel yellow color, completely opaque.
Foam: minimal and disappears by itself almost immediately.
In the mouth, there is a wide bouquet of summer and tropical fruits (pineapple, white peach, melon, summer plums -or prunes-, mango) followed by more citrus notes (pink grapefruit, citron, orange peel) that make the beer finish dry, without a noteworthy bitter note, but which allows this taste of summer fruit salad to remain echoing on the palate for a long time after drinking.
New England IPA of modern style: very fruity at the expense of bitterness, although the yeast does not "break the beer in two", as in other references tasted, even if the bitter part of the hops is still absorbed, remaining only light in the form of citrus peel on the tongue.
