Notes: This is a Belgian-style witbier at 5.5% ABV with 18 IBUs.
Look: A hazy golden body is capped by a short head of bright white foam. The head retention and lacing are both better than average.
Smell: Sweetish and floral without any distinct Belgian yeast character.
Taste: Gently spicy, floral, herbal. It's a little bit like anise and chamomile but also a touch minty. Moderately bitter but dry in the finish.
Feel: Light bodied with a crisp, effervescent carbonation.
Overall: This is quite a charming and unique beer.
