We used an absolute mountain of pretzels in both the mash and fermenter in order to give this brew a hint of that toasty/pretzely flavor that everyone knows and loves. On top of that, we hit it with a hefty dose of roasted cacao nibs for some rich dark chocolate goodness.

on draft at the brewery
very dark brown in color but not quite black. thick cream colored head. Dark cocoa, very toasty. Balanced, not too sweet. Thinner bodied then I remember the other Obituary versions. No hint of the strength
