When our brewer walks into a brewery and sees a Pilsner on tap, he orders it first. With nowhere for flaws to hide, it’s the canary in a coalmine. If a brewer can execute this difficult style, he or she can brew anything, and the entire tap list is safe ground to explore. Our version of this refreshing drinker lagers for six weeks and features German barley as well as the herbal, spicy, and lemony notes of German Hallertauer and Tettnanger hops. Prost!
