On tap at Fat Patties near the brewery in Port Royal, SC.
Served in a flute that revealed a cloudy, nearly opaque body with a good beige head. The aroma is enticing and has a modest note of ginger mixed in with a complex mix of dark dried fruits, spices and subtle bready notes. The ginger is more prominent in the flavor but, thankfully, has been added prudently. There's a mild bite to the feel due to the combination of ginger and nearly 10% ABV.
