This IPA lives somewhere between the bitter pine/citrus of the West and the soft tropical juice of the East. Oats soften the edges while Chinook hops lay the foundational bitterness. Big whirlpool additions of Simcoe and Amarillo provide resin, pine, and citrus. Further layers of citrus and tropical fruit come from the Azacca and Simcoe Cryo dry-hops.
