Neighborwood is our Foeder-based Solera Project. The base beer was aged 18+ months in Waylon, our mixed-culture Oak Foeder. Some of that aged beer was transferred to stainless and re-fermented on Passion Fruit and Plum purees for an additional 11 months. The resulting beer is dry, funky, and fruity.
