We took our classic Leaping Trout recipe and modified the mash for this Spirits exclusive brew. The result is an elevated flavor profile that brings out subtleties like an herbaceous nose, aged raisin notes, a hint of burnt sugar, soft malt and a lingering dry cream finish.
