Bought at Taberna 1865, Rio Maior, Portugal. Murky amber pour, finger of khaki head. Nose is carmel and floral.
Taste gives thick caramel, pine resin, floral, citrus pith. Medium mouthfeel. Finish sees the pine resin bitterness really step out. More an amber on steroids than an IPA for me, but good.
