Draft at the brewery
Big creamy frothy 1 finger tan head with good retention, soapy thick lacing, hazy dark molasses mahogany color
Nose big chocolate, dark chocolate cocoa, fair smoke but on the lighter side like just smoke from the kettle, little spicy hop, caramel nougat,
Taste a bit of roast up front, followed by dark chocolate, cocoa, mild coffee, bitter roast and mild spicy hop, light smoke a hint of smoked malt and light smokey kettle roast, drier finish mild sweet, long bitter spicy hop
Mouth is med to a bit fuller bod, a touch creamy, med carb
Overall quite good
