A: Apperance is pretty much what you would expect from a marzen. Copper to amber color with a white head.
S: The aroma contains notes of fresh baked bread as well as some flowery smells from the Hops.
T: Taste is decent but the flavors are slightly weaker than what I would want from a Marzen. I would prefer a richer malt profile.
M: The mouth feel is a bit lighter than most Marzens. It does not have that full body feel.
O: For an attempt to make a marzen into an ale, it's decent. However seasonal oktoberfest drinkers will be left wanting more.
