Brewed with all German malts and hops. Cool fermented then cold conditioned for 6 weeks. Clean malts carried a balanced noble hop character. Light on body, an absolute crusher for all palates.

16oz can. Bottom lip stamp is 'PKG 122024'.
Mostly clear, pale gold colored body. One thick finger of white head and this lasts for awhile as a full cap. Leaves behind extensive webs of lacing.
Aroma of toasted cracker malts, hop spice, and citrus fruit.
Taste is initially sweet and malty and then the hops bring the spicy bitterness. Other flavors of green grape, grapefruit pith, and lemon. Aftertaste brings a balance between the sweet and bitter.
Medium mouthfeel. Softer texture but the hops bring in a steely edge, which lead to some dryness. Excellent carbonation.
Ultimately the sweet malts prevail but there are lots of input from fruity and spicy hops. Foam top follows down to the bottom of the glass.

16 oz can canned 12/20/24 into a Kolsch cylinder.
L: SRM 4 pours a straw dull light orange caramel color with a 1/4" soapy white head that recedes to thin edge bubbles, light carbo, little to no lacing.
S: Lightly bready, a hint of yeast, a subtle fruit note.
T: Bright pear, apple, sweet caramel then quickly transitions to bitterness which intensifies and lingers, citrus zest, pine resin, bitter white grape, gently sharp and lightly tart. It has a hint of bread late in the finish.
F: Crisp medium-light bodied feel with a medium length fairly dry finish.
O: A slight break from tradition with this beer. Fairly large tastes with a resinous profile in the finish. Flavors unroll a bit and become more expressive with a bit of warming. Overall a slightly full-flavored and resinous Kolsch that is good to very good in its style.
