I had this beer on-tap in a pint glass at the brewery.
Appearance: light golden hue with a moderate haze and a finger of creamy ivory foam.
Smell: lightly sweet with a little Belgian yeast character.
Taste: subdued but very well-made and smooth. These hops work great in this style - they use Kazbek hops, which I've never heard of before. It's really good.
Mouthfeel: medium-light body with a big carbonation and a nice creaminess.
Overall: a very interesting and tasty beer; it really works for me.
