On tap at the brewery. Billed as a Bavarian hefeweizen.
A: Poured into a pint glass. The bartender poured off the head (aargh), but the remaining half-inch of off-white cap receded quickly into a collar around the brew, with some light foam bits on the top. A couple of trails of lacing down the glass. The body, though -- the body was a milky straw color that looked absolutely delicious.
S: Kind of a weak aroma. Bananas, some cloves, and maybe a light wheat component.
T: Better than the nose indicated, but still pretty one-dimensional. Mostly bananas, and a light clove bite in the finish. Had to search for the wheat. A good flavor, but nothing special.
M: Light to medium-bodied. High carbonation that made it feel very refreshing.
D: After a hot bike ride, this hit the spot. I won't go out of my way to find it elsewhere, though.
