Served with 1 finger of beige head. Good retention and lace. Color is a golden copper with an amber hue.
Aroma: Not much here. Hoppy with some sweet malts. Some spice. A touch of booze. Syrupy.
Taste: Very sweet, malty, and hoppy. Vanilla, sugary, caramel, and alcohol. Interesting beer.
Mouthfeel: Dry, sweet, and creamy. Medium to full bodied with a medium amount of carbonation. Ends really dry.
Overall, no idea what this is or is trying to be. Not very good. I think it is trying to be too many different beers.

A: The pour is a golden orange/amber color with a small white head.
S: Starts off with a surprising amount of oxidation to the beer, not sure why. I get some stale sugar and hops and maybe some brown sugar. A bit of citrus peel and pineapple and peaches, too.
T: Lots of sweetness to the flavor without quite so much of that oxidized character. I get a lot of caramel, brown sugar, and tons of sweet, light fruits. Pineapple, peach, plums, and oranges, to be more descriptive. Maybe a touch of floral honey notes, too.
M: The body is medium to full with a moderate level of carbonation.
D: This was interesting, especially for a beer billed as a "golden imperial stout". Nothing stout like about it, really, but good either way.

On-tap at Beachwood BBQ, called a Golden Imperial Stout,
A: Pours a medium amber, with a limited head, spots of lace.
S: Fairly hoppy with some tropical fruit - pineapple, some sweet malt.
T: Cocoa nibs come out initially, with a lot of malt flavour, but not a flavour I would expect from an Imperial Stout. Maris Otter is prominent, more of a strong English ale malt flavour. Notes of honey and apricot with citrus in the finish.
M: Full-bodied, smooth, bit of a boozy finish.
D: Nowhere near as good as The Bruery's 4th, but a solid effort nonetheless.
