On-tap at Blue Palms for Drakes/Triple Rock Tap Takeover

A: The pour is a rather pale yellow color with a nice fluffy white head which leaves some spotty lacing.

S: Starts off with just an awesome citrus aroma. Nice orange, tangerine, and grapefruit notes. There's a mild herbal quality to it as well as some floral notes. Hints of bready and pale malts come through underneath.

T: Citrus hops dominate the flavor as well. A hint of grass to go with it and some light floral notes. Moderate bitterness gives the beer a nice bite and there is very little room for malt flavor.

M: Light to medium in body with a moderate level of carbonation.

O: One of the best beers of the night. Super easy to drink and great flavors.

Note: I accidentally submitted this beer with an incomplete name; the full name is SHE Falconer's Flight. SHE stands for Single Hop Experience, and is a line of beers they've made for an amount of time I'm not sure of.

Had on tap at the brewpub.

Glassy straw yellow pilsner-esque body is a looker. Head doesn't match it, but the pure white frothy one-finger nature of it is enough.

Nose is a really refreshing and clean with extremely smooth grapefruit and other citrus combining with a bit of resin for an intoxicating combination. Malts are just the right strength at the back to where you don't really notice them other than they offer perfect balance.

Taste is almost as good too, as the citrus is just as clean and the malts step forward a bit more too. More resin at the back is well powered, and the citrus just keeps going on and on. Bitter dry finish is soft and excellent.

Mouthfeel is maybe a tad bit overcarbonated but I'm definitely nitpicking at this point. Drinkability is phenomenal too, as nothing is too strong or too weak, and it had a great dry finish to boot. Awesome pale ale.
