Very impressive pour, glowing orange and a full inch of head. Spot on carbonation. Aroma was soft tropical notes mixed with pine, juniper and sage.

Taste hit the very same notes. Herbal, woodsy, fruity, all in perfect harmony. Stayed away largely from toffee and caramel notes, wasn't overly bitter. Unique hop bill on this one that actually worked.

This is about as good as a beer can look. The proverbial girl sihlouttte on the mudflaps of a semi truck. Vibrant glowing orange with perfect 1" head. You know, for being volunteers or whatnot you usually have at beerfests, these guys and gals at the Bistro know how to pour some beer.

Amazing aroma, tropical and pine, none of that grapefruit stuff up in here. Dry hopped with apollo and calypos, talk about unique. Mellow caramel. Pine and pineapple seem to be the operative stuff. While calypso hops are said to have a pear and green apple vibe, I didn't pick that up. And this was the first beer I had on Sat.

Would love to see more apollo & calypso hops. This was the best new beer of the day, keep it going Triple Rock.
