A - pours a dark copper color
S - bourbon, vanilla, and oak notes. Sourness is there, some vinegar.
T - Very oaky and acetic. Reminds me of a Bruery sour. Tons of bourbon and boozy fruit notes.
M - acidic in the mouth. medium-low carbonation.
O - I enjoyed this one. Wasn't a stellar sour, but still had some nice flavors.

A: The beer pours a hazed dark amber color with essentially no head.
S: Sour booze which certainly indicates the bourbon barrel. There is a mild acetone note but plentiful vinegar. A little bit of maple and caramel with just a hint of vanilla. It's slightly vinous along with some cherries.
T: Quite heavy on the vinegar and acetone. There is a mild sweetness of caramel and maple. Definitely some cherries giving it sweetness. A heavy dose of oak and noticeable booze as well.
M: Medium bodied with a low carbonation.
O: Didn't really like this or the Pinot/Bourbon blend.
