A - Pours a cloudy golden-yellow with a thin finger of frothy white head. The head fades down fairly quickly leaving behind some light lace.
S - Aroma is a mix of sweet biscuity and grainy malt with some citrus hops and lemon zest.
T - Starts off with some sweet biscuity malts with some grains, lemon zest, and citrus hops and some mild bitterness. Through the middle, some more biscuit flavor comes through with a touch of pine hop. The finish is a mix of citrus hop, sweet biscuit malts, and a touch of bitterness.
M - Medium-light bodied with moderate carbonation. Feels smooth with a sweet and grains.
D - Very drinkable. Nice sessionable pale ale with a nice malt profile.
