A - Pours a fairly clear golden-yellow with a finger of frothy white head. The head fades down at a normal pace leaving behind some lacing.
S - Aroma is a mix of wheat, lemon zest, coriander, clove, and some Belgian yeast.
T - Starts off with a mix of wheat and lemon zest with some coriander and clove. Through the middle, some more yeast character comes through with a bit more slightly tart lemon zest. The finish is a mix of wheat, lemon zest, Belgian yeast flavor, and some spices.
M - Medium-light bodied with moderate carbonation. Feels smooth with a dry and lightly tart finish.
D - Very drinkable. Nicely balanced witbier. Very crisp and refreshing with enough flavor to stay interesting.
