A - Pours an almost clear amber-orange with a finger of frothy white head. The head fades down fairly quickly leaving behind some lacing.
S - Aroma is a mix of citrus and grapefruit hops with some pine hops, rye spiciness, caramel, and biscuit malts.
T - Starts off with some grapefruit and other citrus hops with some bitterness and some spicy rye flavor and caramel malts. Through the middle, some more rye comes through with a bit of pine hops and some sweet biscuit malts. The finish is a mix of spicy rye, grapefruit hops, caramel malts, and some bitterness.
M - Medium-minus bodied with moderate carbonation. Feels smooth with a dry and lightly bitter and spicy finish.
D - Very drinkable. Really nice sessionable rye beer with a good mix of hops and rye.
